Family room made Cozy

This home owner bought a new sofa, chair and a half and ottman and needed a way to make it work. Currently the have the large chair in front of the fireplace but it is kind of free-floating. This configuration will allow for the MULTI-FUNCTIONAL focal point in this room. It can be a challenge to balance a room with 2 or more focal points. This room needed balance and function. New curtains and pillows are in the works. Can't wait for the final reveal.

A family basment and craft office

Sometimes a finished basement is the multi-tasking type of space. This client's home is no different. They need a space to enjoy a good movie, house guests with a sleeper sofa and have an office for Mom and all of her crafting stuff. This space is a dream come true. Every ones needs are met and then some!

Kitchen Ideas:

This client wanted to know if an island would work in their kitchen. Sometimes seeing it in place via a photo or design plan really helps.


Dreamy bedroom

Space is a virtue in many homes. This bedroom is no exception. This little girl's room is 9' x 12'. Not too bad but not a giant room either. Purposeful planning was needed to make sure every inch was used effectively.



Family Room for the WHOLE family:

Real design for real people! This room is no exception. This client is wanted to figure out if the furniture that they owned would fit into the house they were trying to buy. IT DOES!!
We needed a space that would suit their entire family and allow for company to fit in. That table expands to seat 8. Being able to have a space that you can enjoy dinner and a movie at the same time was a request. This family loves their time together. I'm excited for the move in date when they can enjoy this design! Welcome home!
